Immigration Salary List regulations laid for implementation from 4 April

The changes to the Immigration Rules, which are due to come in from 4 April 2024, have been laid today. They implement the salary threshold previously recommended by the Migration Advisory Committee that will apply to careworkers in adult social care on the Health and Care Visa route - £23,200 per annum and £11.90 per hour.
