Booking terms and conditions

  1. Full details of the venue and times of the event or training course will be sent with confirmation of your place.
  2. Substitute delegates are acceptable at any time. Notification of substitution should be sent in writing.
  3. Cancellations must be sent in writing and received at least 7 full days prior to the event. Any cancellation received after this date will be charged at the full rate. There will be a 20% plus VAT admin fee for any cancellation received.
  4. We reserve the right to reallocate the place if full payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date or 7 days prior to the event, whichever is the sooner.
  5. In the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid.
  6. Attendance at our events may entitle delegates to an extensive range of teaching materials that remain our intellectual property. By completing this form you agree to any course materials being used solely by your organisation. Course materials may not be photocopied or reproduced in any other format without our prior permission.
