At Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port, we believe that strong teams create the best care. While our Care Professionals spend their days supporting clients across the local community, it is just as important that we take time to connect with one another, share experiences, and enjoy moments together outside of work.

Recently, members of our team came together for a fun and relaxed bowling night. It was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to step away from their busy schedules and spend time together in a different setting. The evening was full of laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of encouragement from the sidelines as strikes, spares and the occasional unexpected bowl kept everyone entertained.

Events like this play an important role in building the supportive culture we are so proud of at Radfield Home Care. When our team feels connected and supported, it naturally strengthens the care we provide to families across Chester and Ellesmere Port. Our Care Professionals are at the heart of everything we do; creating opportunities to spend time together helps us celebrate the amazing people who make such a difference in our clients’ lives every day.

Of course, no bowling night would be complete without a winner. Congratulations to Sean, who came out on top and earned some well deserved bragging rights for the evening.

As a provider of high quality home care in Chester, we know that great care begins with great people. By supporting our team, encouraging connection, and creating a positive working environment, we continue to strengthen the compassionate and professional care that families rely on.
