Seaside Day Trip Brings Community Together

As part of our commitment to creating enriched lives and reducing social isolation, one of our valued community partnerships, The Fountains Independent Retirement Living, recently enjoyed a fantastic day trip to the beautiful seaside town of Llandudno.

The trip was kindly supported by Radfield Home Care alongside one of our trusted community partners, Charlton Mini Coaches, who helped make the day both enjoyable and accessible for everyone attending.

Residents enjoyed a wonderful day filled with friendship, laughter, fresh sea air, and great company. From seaside strolls to shared conversations and cherished memories, the trip highlighted the importance of staying socially connected and engaged within the community.
