Inaugural Tea Party Brings Joy to Service Users
Health Vision hosted its inaugural Tea Party on September 11th at their Brentford Branch in West London. They were delighted to welcome 11 of their service users to the event. To ensure everyone's safe arrival and comfort throughout the afternoon, Health Vision provided both transportation and dedicated carer support.
Guests enjoyed a lovely spread of sandwiches, cakes, and other treats, alongside a selection of hot and cold refreshments including tea, coffee, and a few glasses of wine and beer – why not!
A nostalgic soundtrack of 1950s and 1960s music played throughout the afternoon, prompting some impromptu dancing by the end of the event!
The Tea Party provided a wonderful opportunity for everyone to spend quality time together. Mrs. P, one of our service users, commented, "I have had such a wonderful time, thank you to everyone who helped to get me here, I hope you have another one soon."
Chris Doherty, Managing Director of Health Vision, added, "It was such a special event and so well received by our Service Users. Some of those who attended hardly leave the house, so to give them the opportunity to come to something like this was fantastic. This event is now firmly in the calendar for next year!"
