Three forces shaped it: the most significant reform of employment law in a generation, the closure of the overseas recruitment route on which many providers now rely, and a widening gap between costs of homecare fee rates from state commissioners.
Through all of it, the Homecare Association stood firm as the authoritative, evidence-based voice for homecare, making sure your experiences shaped the decisions that affect you and the people you support.
