Careers in Care Event Inspires Job Seekers Across North London
Held at Highgate Newtown Community Centre on 17th September, the Careers in Care event brought together local job seekers and a wide range of organisations from across the health and social care sector.
The event welcomed around 100 attendees throughout the day, offering a valuable opportunity to explore diverse career paths in homecare and beyond. Visitors were able to connect directly with employers and training providers to learn about roles in care, apprenticeships, skills development, university degrees, and even opportunities for visa sponsorship.
