Training Academy Achieves CPD Accreditation

Our in-house Training Academy is going from strength to strength! From now on, all support workers enrolled in our pre-employment training course will receive a CPD accreditation upon completion of the practical course delivered by our fantastic training team. 

Darren Richards, Head of the Training department, commented: 'This achievement highlights of our commitment to maintaining and upholding our CQC 'Outstanding' rating across all areas of the business. High-quality staff training and development are key pillars to SweetTree's mission, and ultimately, a determining factor of the care we can deliver. We are thrilled to have been recognised with a CPD certification for our preemployment, and we hope to se more of our popular session awarded within the next few months!"

This isn't the first official recognition for the Training Academy, winner of a Learning Pool award in 2023. Through a consolidated quality control process, great staff expertise,  a person-centred approach and a mixture of in-person and online attendance, SweetTree has achieved outstanding quality in their in-house training.
