TLAP's request for BAME care case studies

TLAP are looking for examples that demonstrate good personalised community-based care and support for people from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.

They want to showcase promising practice, whether developed in response to Covid-19 or not, in order to improve people's experience of support.
