New International Recruitment Toolkit for social care

Skills for Care have now published their International Recruitment Toolkit for social care.

The toolkit is intended to support providers to recruit ethically from abroad. It contains information on costs, developing a business case, sponsorship, employing refugees, recruitment, ethicla practices, induction and evaluation.
