The Department of Health and Social Care has announced Sally Warren as the new Interim Director General for Adult Social Care. She is replacing Michelle Dyson, whose last day is Friday 18 July 2025.
Most recently, Sally has held the post of Director General for the 10-Year Health Plan, leading the development of the NHS plan. Prior to this, she was Director of Policy at The King’s Fund, a health think tank. Before joining The King’s Fund, Sally had 20 years’ experience in the Civil Service.
