Skills for Care has launched 'The Training Hub', a new online learning platform designed exclusively for adult social care providers in England. The platform offers high-quality, affordable, sector-specific eLearning across four categories: statutory and mandatory training, enhanced care, health and safety, and leadership and management.

Skills for Care developed all courses, drawing on its deep and longstanding expertise in workforce development and quality improvement. An award-winning learning management platform that experts have designed to suit different types of learner will deliver the training. Skills for Care will make initial courses available from June 2026, with further additions planned over the next six months.

Skills for Care CEO Oonagh Smyth said the Hub offers "learning that providers can trust – training aligned with current regulation and designed around real care roles."

Extensive consultation with care providers, including focus groups and one-to-one sessions, shaped the platform. As Skills for Care continues to roll out the new training offer, it will adjust and tailor it in response to feedback from care organisations and eLearning customers.
