Submission to the Senedd Finance Committee on the Draft Budget 2025-26
The Homecare Association has written to the Senedd Finance Committee ahead of scrutiny of the 2025-26 Welsh Government Draft Budget. In the submission, we raise concerns about how National Insurance Contributions and Real Living Wage increases are likely to affect care providers' financial viability and urge the Welsh Government to ensure adequate funding for social care.
