The Department of Health and Social Care have published their latest guidance for improving digital transformation across the sector.
Digital working in adult social care: What Good Looks Like for local authorities and care providers, is aimed at those responsible for implementing digital change in local authorities and care provider organisations.
Part of the guidance includes the What Good Looks Like (WGLL) framework, which is divided into seven sections that help organisation work towards the aims outlined in the People at the Heart of Care. The success measures are:
- Well led
- Ensure smart foundations
- Safe practice
- Support workforce
- Empower people
- Improve care
- Healthy populations
