Consultation on the (draft) Partnership Arrangements (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2024
This consultation proposes draft regulations to alter the Regional Partnership Board's legal underpinning following feedback from the Rebalancing Care consultation last year. Regional Partnership Boards in Wales bring together representatives from local authorities and health boards as well as housing, third sector, member of the public and carer representatives to support integrated decision making.
The draft regulations cover a number of aspects of Regional Partnership Board functioning including objectives, membership, reporting arrangements and responsible persons.
