Care Roadshow Wales, part of a national series of events dedicated to the care sector, is set to return to Cardiff City Stadium, on November 11th 2025.
Bringing together care home owners, senior leadership teams (SLTs) and managers, domiciliary providers, and care professionals from across the country, this free-to-attend event is set to deliver expert-led CPD seminars, innovative exhibitions, and practical resources designed to support, shape and deliver the highest standard of care.
This year’s show will shine a spotlight on helping attendees find viable solutions to the challenges faced in the industry every day. With over 60 leading companies showcasing the latest products, innovations and resources transforming the sector, visitors will be able to:
- Access guidance from compliance specialists
- Discover practical ways to drive continuous improvement
- Explore technologies and environments shaping innovative care
- Exchange ideas that spark innovation and collaboration
- Gain inspiration for modern care environments
Additionally, in response to care providers across Wales calling for stronger links with Government and regulators, visitors can expect a full day of expert-led seminars, including a session with Chief Inspector Gillian Baranski from Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). The Chief Inspector will be sharing updates from the 2024/25 Annual Report, including insight into the new rating system and priorities for the year ahead. There will also be the opportunity to join further conversations driving change, with expert voices from Care Forum Wales, Caremark, Institute of Health & Social Care Management, and more.
Supported by leading organisations including Homecare Association, The Care Home Environment, and National Care Association, Care Roadshow Wales continues to champion excellence across the sector, and remains the simplest way to stay informed, connected, and inspired for the future of care.
Previous attendees have noted:
“It was my first Care Roadshow in Wales, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the passion when people were talking about their products and the collaboration with like-minded people. It was a great event, and I look forward to attending more in the future.”
