Wales confirms pre-departure testing from Monday

Following an announcement earlier in the week that international arrivals to England would require a pre-departure test, Wales have confirmed that international arrivals to Wales from outside the Common Travel Area will also require a negative pre-departure test from 4am on Monday 18 January.
