Vaccine deployment plan issued for Scotland
NHS Scotland and the Scottish Government have published their COVID-19 vaccine deployment plan to set out how they will vaccinate everyone over the age of 18 and those aged 16 and 17 who are frontline health and social care workers, young carers or have underlying health conditions in Scotland.
Cate at home workers fall within priority 2, as determined by JCVI. The FAQs attached to the plan say those in JCVI priority groups 1 and 2 you will be contacted by their local NHS Board, employer, or local GP to be advised about their appointment, with a range of settings available for vaccination.
