Update to Better Care Fund and funding to support people with disabilities to live independently

The government have announced £68 million will be available in grants to support disabled people to adapt their homes so that they can live independently.

Details of the £4 billion Better Care Fund for 2020 to 2021 were also confirmed. The Fund is intended to support the integration of health and social care.
