Travel restrictions update: Switzerland, Jamaica and the Czech Republic
Switzerland, Jamaica and the Czech Republic are no longer exempt from the FCO advice against all non-essential international travel. (Though in Scotland, Switzerland was aleady no longer exempt). Cuba will be added to the exemption list for all UK administrations.
This will be effective from 4am on Saturday 29 August.
Care workers returning from countries which are not on the exempt destinations list, will be required to self-isolate for fourteen days on return to the UK.
