Walfinch Watford & Hemel Hempstead are delighted to share the positive impact of our Thrive Clubs, currently being delivered in 3 day centres and 1 community club across Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Rickmansworth Areas in collaborations with senior living services and local authorities well-being teams.

These sessions are helping individuals improve wellbeing, build confidence, stay socially connected, and engage in meaningful activities within their local communities. Thrive Clubs continue to create safe and welcoming spaces where people can come together, reduce isolation, and support both mental and physical wellbeing through interactive and engaging sessions.

We are proud to see the growing community response and the difference these clubs are making to participants and their families. The clubs often receive specialist speakers at the end of the club to spread knowledge around various health conditions, financial planning and later life planning, care funding and more.
