Summary of key changes in ASC charging policy

The County Councils Network and Newton have produced a short summary of the Health and Social Care (Building Back Better) charging reforms.

Called The Future of Adult Social Care: Preparing for Reform, the leaflet contains the key changes, namely the care cap, means test, fair cost of care and care brokerage.

Further work is planned on the charging reforms in the next few months.
