The guidance Skilled Worker visa: shortage occupations has been amended to include careworkers and homecarers, commencing a one year relaxation in migration rules from 15 February 2022 intended to help care providers recruit from overseas.
Code 6145 relates to care workers and home carers. There is no going rate but the salary must be at least £20,480 per year or £10.10 per hour to be eligible for a skilled worker visa.
