Reward scheme introduced for carers

Each of the carers has shown outstanding dedication to their client and the ongoing care they require. They’ve consistently shown the ability to practice care of high quality and this has not gone unnoticed by the service users’ families who have reached out to head office to make their satisfaction known.

Care team colleagues have also nominated carers for their ability to handle challenges that come their way and the way they have shown empathy and generosity to the client. In addition to the kudos of recognising the exceptional efforts made by these carers, Jothno Care have presented them with a gift card and a certificate to show off to family and friends.

In March 2025 the award went to Farah Tabassum for her work as a carer. She was rewarded for consistently demonstrating determination by willingly taking on short notice shifts and receiving excellent feedback from service users for outstanding service.

Mr Sharif Ahmed, the owner at Jothno Care & Support says ‘we wanted to recognise the team members who shine in their service to others, encouraging them in what can sometimes be challenging work.’

The awards are held every month and the winners are announced in the company’s quarterly newsletters.
