Oxford vaccine analysis promising

Oxford University have released analysis in Preprints with the Lancet showing that:

A single does of the vaccine offers 76% protection from day 22 to day 90 following vaccination and 82.4% protection following a second dose after 3 months.

Analysis also suggests that the vaccine may have a substantial effect on transmission with a 67% reduction in positive PCR swabs amongst those vaccinated.

Further research is underway.
