NHS trial uses AI to speed up prostate cancer diagnosis
NHS England announced a new artificial intelligence (AI) trial aimed at cutting prostate cancer diagnosis times by up to a month. The pilot will use AI to interpret MRI scans for men with suspected prostate cancer. The trial, starting early next year at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, will involve around 100 men.
