Don’t leave social care out of the equation
Chief executive, Social Care Institute for Excellence, Kathryn Marsden, has written a letter in the Guardian stating: “The government’s ambition to build an “NHS fit for the future” through prevention, neighbourhood services and digital tools is welcome, but this vision risks treating symptoms rather than causes if social care is left out of the equation.” Click here to read.
Adult Social Care survey
The second national survey of the adult social care workforce, conducted by Ipsos in partnership with Skills for Care and the University of Kent, on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), is now open. Click here to take part.
