New guidance on offering a vaccine to someone who lacks mental capacity

The guidance for health and social care staff in England who are caring for, or treating, a person who lacks the relevant mental capacity now has a new sub-section on 'offering a vaccine to someone who lacks the relevant mental capacity', which includes how an individual 'best interests' decision should be taken.
