New guidance clarifies eligibility for self-isolation payment for those on low income

The Department for Health and Social Care have released new guidance that clarifies who is eligible for the self-isolation payment of £500 for those with low income that was announced on 21 September.

Applications for the payments will be managed via local authorities in England.
