London, South Essex, and South Hertfordshire to move from Tier 2 to Tier 3 restrictions

Tier 3 Restrictions will apply in all 32 London boroughs and the City of London, parts of Essex and parts of Hertfordshire from 00.01 am on 16 December, because of the rising number of COVID-19 cases in these areas.
