Local lockdown update: Restrictions lifted in some parts of the North of England

In some parts of the North of England (including Bolton, Stockport, Trafford, Hyndburn and Burnley) local lockdown restrictions will be lifted, allowing two housholds to meet.

Restrictions are continuing in other areas, but vary significantly by locality.
