The NHS National Booking System is now open for bookings ahead of the 2026/27 flu vaccination programme. Eligible groups can book appointments now, with vaccinations for pregnant women and eligible children beginning from 1 September, and appointments for other eligible groups, including older people, carers, care home residents and people with long-term health conditions, available from 1 October.
The NHS and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have also published their winter vaccinations stakeholder toolkit, which includes resources, key messages and promotional materials to support uptake of flu, COVID-19 and RSV vaccinations across health and care settings.
