Feedback on Welsh Social Care Regulation Changes

The Welsh Government want input from the public and sector providers on proposed changes to how social care providers handle annual returns and registration cancellations. The changes include setting a deadline for publishing annual returns online, introducing penalties for non-compliance, and clarifying the information providers must submit when cancelling their registration.
