Extension of alert level 4 measures in Wales confirmed
The First Minister has confirmed that the alert level 4 restrictions in Wales will remain in place and will be strengthened (for example, showrooms will no longer be able to open).
The measures are due to be reviewed again in three weeks.
Unless there is a significant reduction in cases before 29 January, school and college students will continue to learn online until February half term.
