Duty of Candour Review

The Department of Health and Social Care have issued a call for evidence to inform their review of the Duty of Candour that applies to both health and social care organisations in England. They are looking to assess the effectiveness of the duty, which was announced as part of the Government's response to the independent report on the Hillsborough disaster.
