The Digital Care Hub’s Better Security, Better Care program seeks input from adult social care staff to build an interactive tool ensuring robust cybersecurity and data privacy policies and controls.
The research will take place in two phases:
Phase 1: Attendees will take place in a 45-minute interview via Microsoft Teams about their experiences with bring your own device policies.
Phase 2: Attendees will test the interactive tool to understand how well it works in practice and gather feedback for improvements. These sessions, lasting 45–60 minutes, will be held online or in person.
