Conference Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Full details of the venue and times of the event will be sent with confirmation of your place.

2. Please note: We are unable to offer refunds for Conference tickets, unless the event is cancelled by the organisation.

3. Substitute delegates are acceptable. Notification of substitution should be sent in writing to [email protected] at least one week before the event.

4. Bookings are not transferrable.

5. Late arrivals to the event will not receive any refund or part-refund.

6. Cancellations must be sent in writing and received at least two weeks prior to the event.

7. In the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers, liability will be restricted to the refund of fees paid.
