Workforce Wellbeing - a new Employee Assistance Programme for Wales

The Welsh government has pledged to provide greater wellbeing support for social care workers during the pandemic.

From 4 December there will be a Welsh Government funded employee assistance programme (EAP) offering support to those employer in the social care sector in Wales. The EAP will be run by Care First who employ qualified counsellors and information specialists.
