What are the barriers to information sharing?

Care providers and suppliers of digital social care records are invited to share their views on what are the barriers to safe, effective information sharing. The survey, supported by the Digitising Social Care programme and Imperial College will inform future recommendations and improvements for the Social Care Interoperability Platform SCIP) work. All responses will be kept anonymous, and findings will be summarised to help shape policy future delivery. Take the survey here
