Welsh Government announce £30m additional funding for social care

The Welsh Government has announced an additional £30m funding for social care. The intention is to use the funding to build on the work of last year's 50 day challenge (which was intended to support hospital discharge to address winter pressures). The funding will also support initiatives related to integrated care and supporting people to avoid hospital admissions.
