Over the last year the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has adopted a new risk based approach to its inspections. The result has been a significant increase in the number of homecare providers receiving poor outcomes and a sense of unfairness about CQC's approach. In recent weeks CQC have outlined how their approach will be adapted in future.

In this practical webinar, Tim Coolican and Freya Cassia from Anthony Collins Solicitors will outline the key points of the CQC's current approach and what providers can expect from the CQC in relation to inspections. They will also consider the practical steps that providers can take to prepare for inspections and respond to poor outcomes.

The webinar will take place on the Thursday 21 April 2022, 13:00 – 14:00.
