Care Inspectorate Wales have hired Practice Solution Ltd to evaluate their ratings pilot. Providers may be contcated by researchers to contribute to the evaluation.

Annual Returns are now published on the Care Inspectorate Wales website. The 2024 Annual Returns process will begin on 1 April 2024.

Advice from Older People's Commissioner for Wales on how to Help protect older people against financial abuse, fraud and scams

The Welsh Government has provided funding to ensure staff in the Welsh social care sector can receive cyber security training via Cyber Ninjas. The programme, which has been checked by the National Cyber Security Centre, consists of two hours of online lessons broken down into modules, covering subjects like cyber-attacks, phishing and hacking. The Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales (WCRC) is working alongside Welsh Government to ensure social care organisations can purchase Cyber Ninja licences.
