Wales launch ten year workforce strategy
Health Education and Improvement Wales and Social Care Wales have jointly launched a 10 year workforce strategy called "A Healthier Wales: Our Workforce Strategy for Health and Social Care".
The high level strategic framework comprises 32 actions including: developing a workforce plan for domiciliary care; an increased focus on digital skills; a values based induction programme and "work towards fair reward and recognition across the health and social care workforce."
