Visiting our members

The Homecare Association's policy teams have been out visiting some of our members to catch up with them and hear more about their work. 

We visited the Care First 24 offices in Kent and met the team. We also visited Sharon and Rosemarie at Caremark in Bromley.

We spoke about the day-to-day challenges and issues they are experiencing in the local care market and how their businesses are reacting to the current challenges in the market.

We also heard about how both businesses are developing their workforce and handling recruitment issues.

It was great to hear that both businesses are focussing on delivering quality care to their communities.
