Trade Union Access – Draft Code of Practice

Building on the previous consultation on Trade Union Access agreements (you can find out response to that here), the government is introducing a new statutory code of practice to support the new legal framework for trade unions and employers when negotiating trade unions’ access into workplaces. They are consulting on the draft of this Code of Practice.
