Supporting older people to live to their fullest potential in Northern Ireland

Communities Minister Caral Ni­ Chuili­n has announced an extension to the term of the Executive's Active Ageing Strategy to May 2022.

The existing Active Ageing Strategy was due to end in January 2021. The Executive has worked to update the actions in the Strategy, including those to mitigate the medium to long-term impacts of the current pandemic.
