SEND reform consultation

The Government is consulting on reform to the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) system. While the bulk of the reforms focus on education services, the proposals will be of interest to homecare providers working with children and young people. Amongst other things, the proposals could significantly affect Education, Health and Care Plans in future; including how social care input into these.
