Reform of non-compete clauses in employment contracts: working paper

Non-compete clauses restrict employees' ability to work for a competing business when they leave their jobs. The Government is considering how to reform the use of non-compete clauses in employment contracts and has issued a working paper to determine whether or how to take proposals forward.
