Call for evidence: non-statutory flexible working

The Department for Business and Trade have issued a Call for Evidence on non-statutory flexible working to provide further evidence to inform the Government's pledge to promote flexible working.

Non-statutory flexible working are arrangements agreed outside the statutory Right to Request Flexible Working legislative framework. Non-statutory arrangements can include regular flexibility around arrangements about time and place of work and ad hoc one-off or short term arrangements (for example, for attendance of appointments). The consultation covers both regular and ad hoc flexibility, as well as questions on policies, supporting managers, monitoring and evaluation.

You can find the call for evidence here:

It closes on 7 November 2023.
