New guidance on recognising the signs of ill-treatment or wilful neglect in Scotland

The Scottish Social Services Council have published new guidance on wilful neglect, illtreatment and corporate homicide.

Both front line workers and care providers have responsibilities towards the people they support and must report situations where an offence may have occurred. The new guidance outlines how to spot wilful neglect, illtreatment and corporate homicide and how to report it.
